I did something fun last Thursday

I have been considering signing up for Artists' Prosperity Boot Camp from Abundance Bound. (This is a 10-week intensive program (taught by teleseminar), where participants learn AND implement each step of the Artists' Prosperity Systemâ„¢. Students will get financially organized, improve their money mindset, create debt plans, start developing passive income, and much more!)

One of my goals for 2007 is to develop a better relationship with money, and it looked like this might be a really good step to take toward fulfilling that goal.

Thinking about signing up for the Artists' Prosperity Boot Camp was as far as I had gotten. But last Thursday I noticed that Abundance Bound was giving a free teleseminar, and I decided to check it out.

Well, the facilitator, owner and founder of the company, Miata Edoga is a delight. The information she shared during the one hour free teleseminar was clear and well presented. (It included a worksheet, which is a sure way to hook me!) I had fun during the teleconference and learned some things I didn't know and immediately after it was over I went ahead and registered for Artists' Prosperity Book Camp.

15 Day and Counting....

I had my last cigarette on April 2nd, 2007 at about 8:00 p.m. I have saved $187.00 so far. And, I have learned a few things that happen to your body when you quit smoking.

At 20 minutes after quitting:

blood pressure decreases
pulse rate drops
body temperature of hands and feet increases

At 8 hours:

carbon monoxide level in blood drops to normal
oxygen level in blood increases to normal

At 24 hours:

chance of a heart attack decreases

At 48 hours:

nerve endings start regrowing
ability to smell and taste improve

Between 2 weeks and 3 months:

circulation improves
walking becomes easier
lung function increases

I can't really tell that these things are happening, with the exception of the reduced blood pressure and reduced pulse rate, because those have been tested and I can seen the improvement in the numbers, but I trust that they are.

Another Fabulous Book by Shakti Gawain

Wow...two powerful books in two days...

Today I read Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain. This book was originally published in 1978.

I am highly recommending this one as well. (yesterday I read and recommended Creating True Prosperity, also by Shakti Gawain)
